Time - Meeting was called to order at 12:05 pm Members Present - Regina Bull, Tracy Calvit, Roger Ketchum, Sharon Ketchum, Wayne McDougal, and Martha Smith. Treasurer's Report - $7,652.08 - all bills paid Current 2011 Members - 35 (5 individuals & 30 businesses) Board Members - Tracy hopes to obtain 3 new Board members this month, to serve 3 years. Envelopes / Bank Stamp - We have ordered & rec'd 1,000 envelopes & new bank stamp - cost $205.27 (The Print Shop in Marshall, Texas). Mailbox Rental - Paid for another year - cost $51 (Security Mail) Welcome Packets - Tracy put together 10 Welcome packets to use when contacting old/new businesses. She will also make some for the Liberty City Water Company and Parkview Estate Apartments for new residents moving into Liberty City. Next Meeting - Wednesday, April 20, noon at the Southern Hills Golf Course. There is no meeting scheduled for March due to the Sabine ISD spring break. Meeting was adjourned at 12:30 p.m. If the date of our next meeting changes, it will be posted on our web site.
